Arrive in Las Vegas. Pick up your rental car at the airport and start exploring or proceed to your hotel.
Day 2Las Vegas
Today, explore “Sin City.” There is something here for everyone, from dazzling shows and shopping to nightlife and world-class restaurants.
Day 3Las Vegas–Zion National Park–Bryce Canyon National Park
Drive to Zion National Park to view its towering cliffs. These unique sandstone cliffs range in color from pink to red to cream. Then, on to Bryce Canyon National Park, where erosion has shaped limestone, sandstone, and mudstone into thousand of spires, pinnacles, and mazes called “hoodoos.” Approximately 216 miles/347 km.
Day 4Bryce Canyon National Park–Capitol Reef National Park–Arches National Park–Moab
This morning, drive east through Capitol Reef National Park, where you will see the “Waterpocket Fold,” a 100-mile-long wrinkle in the earth’s crust. This colorful geologic feature is known as a monocline or “step up” in the rock layers. Then, on to Arches National Park, famous for its 2,000 natural sandstone arches. Approximately 280 miles/450 km.
Day 5Moab–Canyonlands National Park–Mesa Verde National Park
Today’s first stop is Canyonlands National Park, where the Colorado and Green Rivers divide the park into districts, each sharing a desert atmosphere while retaining its own unique character. A short drive to Mesa Verde National Park shows you some of the world’s best preserved “cliff dwellings.” Approximately 143 miles/230 km.
Day 6Mesa Verde National Park–Monument Valley–Lake Powell
Drive through stunning Monument Valley with its definitive red mesas and buttes surrounded by empty desert. Continue on to Lake Powell and do some hiking, take a boat tour, or rent a boat and explore the lake on your own. Approximately 238 miles/383 km.
Day 7Lake Powell–Grand Canyon National Park
For the grand finale, visit the majestic Grand Canyon. Carved by the Colorado River over millennia, it is now over a mile deep and 15 miles wide. Approximately 234 miles/376 km.
Day 8Grand Canyon National Park–Las Vegas
Return to Las Vegas and drop off your rental car prior to departure. Approximately 280 miles/450 km.

An additional $250 non-refundable deposit is required for air booked in conjunction with any land vacation (i.e., air-inclusive vacation.) However, once your airfare is confirmed and Monograms has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed.

While booking your vacation air-inclusive gives you various advantages, you can also choose the land-only option. But remember, airlines’ special fares generally apply to very brief periods. (Our low air-inclusive fares apply throughout the year.) Plus, to get these “deals” you often are required to pay full fare at the time of booking.

Air-Inclusive Vacations
Air-inclusive prices provided online include a September 11th fee up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees between $200-$375 depending on your itinerary. The total airfare price, the base airfare price, and the applicable government taxes and fees are broken-out line-by-line and shown while booking online and on the invoice after your travel is booked.
Not Included In Your Vacation Price (Air-Inclusive, Land-Only or Cruise-Only)
